Welcome to Charcuterie Direct Spanish ..... trade website

For several years now we have been supplying a delicious selection of gourmet cured meats from our factory in Normandy, to supporting fine food halls, restaurants and delicatessens across the country. During this time we are very grateful to have received numerous testimonials from our customers which we believe reinforces our commitment to quality, texture and flavour across our range.

With thanks to growing customer demand for unique Spanish products we have spent the last year working closely with seven producers from two top producing regions in Spain, Castilla Leon and the Andalucian region.

We are delighted to introduce to you our new selection of Spanish products which have been carefully chosen to meet our rigorous standards, with all producers maintaining BRC accreditation.

Our new range includes whole Iberico and Serrano hams together with a delicious range of Lomo, Salchichon, Cecina and Chorizo for both food service and retail.

To compliment any of the above on a charcuterie platter we are also delighted to bring you delicious Leon cow and sheep’s cheese for a gourmet charcuterie board.

Finally and leaving one of our favourites to last we have carefully selected an Iberico cooking Chorizo made from the Iberian black pig with subtle herbs and spices. A must for any foodie on the summer barbecue or as a sizzling winter warmer in pasta.

We not only offer products with unique recipes, but our team share a willingness to ensure that every one of our customers are delivered a service that is second to none.
