Carnicas Penafria produce the finest quality cured Serrano hams specialising in whole boneless products which are being used by reputable restaurants and food manufacturers across Europe and Japan.

Embutidos Moreno Saez History
MORENO SAEZ is a family owned business which has been passed down through the generations producing famous Chorizo lines to cater for food service and the retail sectors.

These delicious Chorizos are produced in Soria on the Castilian plateau, 1000 metres above sea level. The Sorian climate is extremely dry which makes it ideal for the drying and curing of Chorizo.

Jamones Martinez History
For over four decades Jamones Martinez has been producing artisanale ham, cured in cellars under perfect atmospheric conditions. The characteristic aroma, taste and colour of Martinez Belotta (Acorn Fed) and Cebo (Cereal Fed) hams has gained accreditation from fine food retailers all over the world. The company is accredited by the Fundacion Jamon Serrano and maintains two production sites for their Iberico and Serrano hams located in two different Spanish regions.

Jamones de Seron History
Established in 1880 and probably Spain’s oldest Serrano ham producer, Jamones de Seron is situated between Almeria’s Filabres and Granada’s Sierra Nevada Mountains. The hams are air dried in natural caves for between twelve and eighteen months. The term Serrano comes from Sierra which means mountain range in Spanish, and the location of the production site together with five generations of experience has led to a trusted VIP portfolio of customers intent on quality, consistency and uniqueness of flavour.
